A new home for this path

There are moments when a house begins to feel too small. Not because something is wrong with it, but because life kept growing inside.

That is what happened with this site. For years it was the place where I shared my reflections, my books and my gatherings. Today it is renewed, and I want to tell you how, because it matters to me that you know where to find each thing.

Here is my story, told more slowly: where I come from, the masters who formed me, the twelve and a half years in India and the eight in Thailand, and what those years taught me. Here too is the teaching I share today in Illumination, which is a simple invitation: to look at who you are, beyond everything you have learned to think about yourself.

The Flame Codex now has its own home, because it needs a space of its own. And Spiritual Balance, my clinic in Weston, is still the place where I accompany people in their process, with Quantum Transformation and Ayurveda. They are three doors, but the path is one.

This blog wants to be a place of meeting. Every week I will share a short reflection here: something lived, something the practice taught me, something that may keep you company during your day. You do not need to know much about spirituality to read it. It is enough to bring your question.
